DIY.....Oh yes, We did!, This space was so closed off.......they had used 1/2 of the room for kitchen the other half for table. After years of planning we started the demo.....We completely gutted the room. We hired the drywall (because that's an art) and the Electrician (because that's a safety issue!) everything else was DIY :) I have to give my hubby so much credit for all his hard work!
