Retired single female living with partner in house he owns in the suberbs of Atlanta. We love our 1970's circa home but would want a different house if we could afford it. He is near retirement as well. If we were looking for a house today, our needs in space would most certainly be different. The reality of retirement never enters your mind when purchasing a home.
