Antonio's Design: The Starr Home, Antonio entered the final challenge enthusiastic to work with the Starrs, a young family of three. Taking on the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and toddler's room, he hit the ground running. Demolition played a key role in his open floor plan. His choice of furniture and accessories and fresh uses of color were characterized as eclectic and modern. The design thrilled the homeowners and pleased the judges. Antonio's Design: Kathy Griffin's Office, Antonio was paired up with comedian Kathy Griffin. She asked Antonio to make over her new company headquarters as a functional space that can accommodate three employees. She wanted something modern, minimal and Zen and left the rest of the design plan up to Antonio. He opted for incorporating custom office furniture, metal art and a seating area. Despite missed opportunities with rugs and accessories and issues with undersized "Hobbit" furniture, Antonio's performance clinched his spot in the finals. , Episode 8 Design
