Carpet Purge... Vinyl Plank Embrace, I despise carpeting. Yes... of course... it's soft underfoot but aside from a cushioned platform I'm just not digging it. So with that said, when I found an incredible deal on vinyl plank flooring that is not only crazy durable but also truly looks like the real deal wood floors I screamed with joy. Industrial Stools and Barely There Stripes, It needed a little something something so since I was on a stripe kick, lines it was. We originally had four black, high back iron stools where the industrial stools are now (which I forgot to take pictures of in my haste). The decision to switch them out came about in an attempt to create a less interrupted sight line, to open up the space and to maximize every inch of square footage. With the lines as a backdrop the industrial stools become more of a focus... in my humble opinion... and I love the result and functionality. , Kitchens Design
