1889 Victorian/Greek Revival, My home was built in 1889 with Greek Revival influences. The porch is Colonial Revival and was built around the early 1900's, replacing the smaller original. It was common practice to upgrade to current style(at the time) as money allowed. The color palate is historic, and the Victorian on the left was originally painted a similar color. I have done the complete history of the home, met former owners, including the original owner's grandson who grew up here. I have also acquired some original furnishings to the house. When I bought the house, it originally had old aluminum siding of which I took off, and replaced trim around windows and doors before scraping and painting. I also took out the second floor apartment, and down-zoned the home to single family status . , Home Exterior Design
